• Y2 Fire Safety
  Last week we were visited by Lancashire Fire and Rescue who taught us about fire safety.
• Y2 DT Day
  We spent the afternoon making vehicles to transport a soft toy.
• Y2 Celebration Assembly
  What an amazing performance! There was a feel good factor around school yesterday because of the incredible Year 2s.
• Dance from the Heart
  Last week some of our Year 6s went to Priory to learn the dance for this year’s Dance from the Heart.
• Year 5 - DT
  As part of this week’s DT projects, Year 5 designed and built a structure using wood.
• DT - Year 4
  This week we have been really lucky to work alongside a Design and Technology consultant.
• DT - Year 3
  Today, Year 3 enjoyed an afternoon of Design Technology.
• Year 3 end of RE topic Worship
  The children took part in a Collective Worship to celebrate their learning about the topic Journeys.
• Year 3 Fantastic Fossils
  In Science, as part of our Rocks and Soils topic, we have been learning about Mary Anning. She was an incredible Fossil Scientist. She discovered the Ichthyosaur - a large extinct marine reptile.
• Y6 Cross Country
  Well done to our Year 6s who performed admirably at cross country last week.
