  It was lovely to see the children back after hafl term, we looked at the story I love you monkey, many of the chilrden really enjoyed dressing as our monkey, We had a nice trip to the garden as it changes with the autumn colours. 
• Thank you for Brightening up for CAFOD yesterday.
  A terrific £191.45 was donated to help support our global neighbours living in extreme poverty along with 10 full shopping bags of tins that I will be delivering to the food bank during the half term holiday.
• We did it!!!
  We completed our jigsaw of the United Kingdom.

• Year 1 Collective Worship
  This term the children have enjoyed preparing the class for Collective Worship each day.
• Aldi Sports Vouchers
  Thanks you to all of the family and friends who have helped us collect enough vouchers to fill our first Adi sports chart.

• Don't forget.... to brighten up for CAFOD tomorrow
  Tomorrow we are asking all the children and staff to come to school wearing their brightest, funkiest (but practical) clothes to brighten up our school and raise much needed funds for CAFOD this harvest season.

  This week we looked at the book How to catch a star, we then had a go at fishing for out own stars
