St Mary Magdalen's Catholic Primary School

The football team continue to shine in the Penwortham Central Venue Football League. They have completed the autumn fixtures with nine wins and one draw. They now sit proudly at the top of the league at the half-way point but I know both Mr Gaughan and Phil will not allow them to become complacent when they resume the fixtures in Spring 2016. Well done Megan Fleming, Reagan Mitchell, Max Meredith, Noah Chappell, Ryan O’Doherty, Lewis Sampson, Isaac Delaney, Shaquille Costello and Dominic Flanagan. Again, thank you to the parents and grandparents who went along to support the team and to those who helped with the transport – it sounds like you have been rewarded with some super performances.
