St Mary Magdalen's Catholic Primary School

After completing all our fixtures at All Hallows, our Netball team got through to the Netball Finals. The matches were fiercely contended last Tuesday, with the ball constantly being passed from end to end. Our team always made a great team effort and were duly rewarded with many scoring opportunities. After six hard fought matches we were in the playoffs for the 6th place in the leagues. We didn’t win, but tried our best. Well done to Keira, Maddie H, Ollie, Liz, Rebecca, Malakhiyah & Maddie R on such a hot day! Mrs. Ainscough & Miss Brooker would like to thank Mrs. Carthy for all her help with the Netball coaching sessions, and to all the families who gave lifts and came along to support the team, throughout the season.
