Year 5 also had fun in the snow this morning - a morning to remember!
Today, the children had a blast in the snow. They played excitedly, creating snowmen and building enormous snowballs!
After the fun outdoors, they came inside where we explored powerful vocabulary. This inspired them to craft their own beautiful Haiku poems.
"Snowflakes falling down,
Laughter fills the frosty air,
Children playing. Joy!"
It was a day filled with laughter, creativity, and a touch of winter magic. The children's enthusiasm and poetic expressions were truly heartwarming. I am sure they will remember this day for many years to come.
