The children in Year 3 enjoyed handling a variety of Stone Age Artefacts loaned to us from the Museum of Lancashire to help us get a better understanding of life in The Stone Age.
Each group used special stone tools to grind flour. They matched labels and descriptions to the artefacts and answered probing questions about their uses.
Hands on learning is so much fun!
