Monet inspired river art
Following our work on Lancashire and a trip out to see the River Ribble the children have been working on some fantastic pictures during our art lessons.
Monet was inspired to paint the River Thames and it’s features. He focused on using light and colour to create impressionist pieces.
Using Monet’s ideas we have recreated a picture of the bridge over the River Ribble in Penwortham using watercolours and adding in reflections.
