Local author celebrates his book publishing with our children
To celebrate World book day Mrs Charlesworth organized for an old colleague of hers, an author to come to talk to Year 2 and above. Dan Worsley talked about his self-published children’s book, ‘Impossible Tales!’ Dan’s book is a collection of eight weird and wacky short stories written for young readers aged between 7 and 11. He explained the process from the planning stages right through to how the finished book was printed in America, as well as reading out an extract and answering the children’s questions. ‘Impossible Tales!’ is available on Amazon.co.uk where you can also find more details about both the author himself and his book.
