How to get in shape!
During lockdown, after Mrs Gallagher's assembly on challenging yourself, Noah set himself the challenge of doing every session of Joe Wickes daily exercise. When he missed a session (as he was in school), he caught up on YouTube later. He managed to do every single session and even did some extra Saturday ‘ab challenges’. We are all very proud of how he stuck to his challenge. It has paid off and he now has little six pack! Here he is doing a minute plank.
