• Y2 - Aurora Puppet
  Aurora has completed our D.T. topic of making a puppet. She has even put a stick in the cats tail to keep it upright.
• Y2 - Harry's research
  Harry and his mum have looked at Nelson Mandela's story. He has been helping calculate their spending when they have been to shops. He has also been busy looking at habitats for our science work.
• Year 1 Gingerbread Challenge
  Year 1 have been reading the story of The Gingerbread Man this week. They have written ingredients lists and have put their maths skills to the test, measuring out the ingredients to make their own biscuits.
• Year 4 - Baking a Cake
  Maisie has made this beautiful lemon cake.
• Year 4 - Cakes
  Christian has been busy baking cakes for his family and neighbours.
• Y2 Luke's sewing
  Luke drew his own design and sewed the main puppet with a running stitch. Then he used a cool glue gun to stick on the other little bits. He evaluated his work, he liked it but next time he would want googly eyes. He had fun doing a whole D.T. project!
• Y2 - Artur's Adventures!
  Artur and his sister Aleksandra have climbed 803m to reach the summit of the Old Man of Coniston. What a beautiful view! He has also been busy learning how to sew and already made three different puppets.
• Y2 Faye's swan
  Faye has been on a 7 mile bike ride during National Bike Week with her Daddy. They went mountain biking and saw a lovely swan in the lake. Faye said the swan was beautiful with her sticking up feathers looking very pretty reflecting off the water!
• Y2 - Aurora is working hard
  She has also been getting letters from Banjo Robinson the cat, from the Andamin Islands, India. She watched a Met Office video about monsoons and looked up photographs of the wildlife he mentioned too. She has written a letter back to him.
• Year 4 - Annabel has been very creative
  Annabel has been practising her sewing skills.
