We had two visitors in class this afternoon.
This afternoon we have had two fire officers from Lancashire Fire and Rescue visit us in Year 2. We have talked about fire safety in school and at home, why smoke alarms are important to have in our homes and how to get out of buildings safely if we hear a fire alarm.
We really enjoyed watching a video about Smokey the bear and answering questions about how he followed his fire safety plan.
