Year 3 have had a lovely day focussing on their well-being. This morning they made special gifts for members of the Parish.
GIVING is an important part of looking after the wellness of others and in doing so, helps us to feel happy. We have worked in teams looking for treasures in nature. This activity helped us to CONNECT with others and nature.
This afternoon we learnt about the vital role that fruits and vegetables play in keeping us healthy. We LEARNT how to make delicious smoothies.
We also participated in orienteering and relaxation, courtesy of Phil and Yogi. Finally we drew our ‘Happy Place’ for a wallpaper design competition. The children have been brilliant, listening carefully, engaging fully and smiling from ear to ear!
