We had a fantastic trip to our local museum learning all about WW2
The children were able to experience hands on activities including learning about Morse Code and how to hear the different sounds for each letter of a word. They became spies and were interrogated with lots of on the spot questions. They learned how to make a map to resemble the beaches and keep the enemies away. They spent some time looking at photos to identify the enemy ships.
The children were amazing, we all had such a good time and the feedback from the museum staff about how polite the children were was the icing on the cake.
Well done Year 6 - you make us proud every day!
