Our wonderful class led prayer stations for the parishioners after Mass today.
As part of our Lenten journey, the children planned a worship area, wrote prayers and welcomed parishioners to stay and pray with them. After Mass, everyone was invited in the hall for a cup of tea and then they were guided round the church….stopping along the way to reflect on being thankful, having hope, being a light to others, remembering the special people in our lives, asking God to help us with our burdens and asking God to help us forgive others.
The children were incredible, so calm and confident in their task. The parishioners were thrilled to be invited and were really impressed with the whole event. We were very proud of them for representing our school so brilliantly. Please ask your child about it and go to the class pages for more photos.
